After the first day, it never seriously rained again and the view was bright and sunny for my second day out.
A lot of the early temples are quite close together so by the end of the second day, I had already visited almost two-thirds of all the places.
Temple 10
This is one of a couple temples featured on a hit anime called Ano Hana or That Flower so there was some crossover promo onsite.
Behind the red tori gate was a beautiful looking walking course into the shrine. Sadly, I had to opt against taking it as it was apparently longer than it looked and was also a giant backtrack.
A very lovely place, which had a wide open main hall that was open to enter. There was also a Zen pond-garden in the back but I don’t think this WordPress will let me post the panorama of it so the square will have to do.
