Day 29, 30, 31 – Matsuyama

Over half a million people people in the making but boiled down to 10 measly pics here. So much more I could’ve seen too but so much I have too!

Anyways, the wooden building is Dogo Onsen, the oldest in Japan believed to go back like 3000 years. Not sure if that was a typo or not but it is said to date from the time of the gods. Hard to see but on the rooftop is a heron statue. The place is rumoured to have been discovered when a heron was healing its wings there.

The castle is obviously Matsuyama castle. I hope the rest are equally obvious.
