It was about noon yesterday and I was having a noonish beer when I last wrote. It feels like a week ago almost. That was before temple 13 and I just did 18 today.<\/p>\n
It’s been a full 12 hour day. Mostly walking, mostly in the sun and mostly by the highway. Got a working phone card now though and I found some available Internet in Tokushima City so these posts are doing more than just sitting in my back pocket.<\/p>\n
Two things though:<\/p>\n
First, if it isn’t clear yet, let me make it: The pilgrimage route is a tad rural. The people are big-hearted but the wifi is scarce (most people have their own plans anyway it seems so why have that much wifi?) Anyways, if I don’t post, don’t worry. I’m OK and falling asleep to the sound of frogs as I write this. Couldn’t be better!<\/p>\n
Second, some pics aren’t posting yet. These are the panorama pics and my faves as they let you see so much of the temple grounds. However, they are big so I’ll work on this.<\/p>\n

\nTemple 15 was a soto zen temple and while very simple was the only with bell bowls rather than ringing bowls.<\/p>\n
