So much more I could&#8217;ve seen too but so much I have too!<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, the wooden building is Dogo Onsen, the oldest in Japan believed to go back like 3000 years. Not sure if that was a typo or not but it is said to date from the time of the gods. Hard to see but on the rooftop is a heron statue. The place is rumoured to have been discovered when a heron was healing its wings there.<\/p>\n<p>The castle is obviously Matsuyama castle.
